I had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons House in Seoul! The bedding was incredibly comfortable, providing me with the best sleep I've had in a long time. The location is vibrant, surrounded by a lively residential area and just a short walk to the Hangang river and Hongdae. However, I found the breakfast a bit lacking compared to what I've experienced in other places. 🛌🌆

I stayed in a 4-bed female dormitory room, which was tidy and well-equipped. However, there was no door lock or locker for my valuables, which made me a bit uneasy.
Service

The place was clean overall, with a small but tidy toilet. The staff seemed to maintain the shared spaces well but didn't change my bedsheet upon arrival, only replacing the blanket.

The guesthouse is conveniently located close to the subway station and is easily accessible to an airport bus station right in front of exit 1. It’s surrounded by lots of fun places to explore.
Dining

The breakfast was limited to cereals, which was a letdown for me since I prefer a more substantial start to my day like toast and eggs.
Facilities

The laundry facilities are a great feature, and the shared kitchen was clean and spacious, which I really appreciated.

While I appreciated the homey atmosphere and cleanliness of the hostel, my experience was marred by some major issues. The bathrooms were quite cramped, and the lack of soap was unexpected. Additionally, I felt uneasy about the security due to the absence of locks on room doors. Overall, it had its comforts but definitely had room for improvement.

The bed in the 4-bed female dormitory room was super comfortable, but I was concerned that there were no lockers or door locks for security. It did feel spacious overall, which was a plus.

The staff was not very accommodating regarding basic needs like soap, which affected the experience negatively. The owner didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult.

The location was great as it was close to the Hongdae shopping district and very quiet, making it a peaceful stay.

They provided a simple breakfast, which was nice, but not much variety. Dining options nearby were quite limited.

The free laundry service was a lifesaver, especially in the humid weather. However, the bathrooms were quite small and made for an awkward situation when showering.

I had a decent stay at the Four Seasons House. it's clean and conveniently located near Hapjeong Station, making it easy to explore Seoul. The breakfast wasn't very extensive, just cereal and coffee, but there are plenty of nearby options if you're looking for something more. The quiet setting was a plus for me, especially since I prefer to avoid the noise of party hostels.

Rooms

The Bed in the 4-Bed Female Dormitory Room was comfy, but there were no proper hooks in the bathroom for my clothes, which forced me to get a bit creative. Overall, the room was clean and had a nice heated floor, which was great during the winter.
Service

The service could have been better. I encountered some issues with cleanliness during my two-night stay, as the floors had dirty sheets and hair from previous guests. When I brought this up, the owner was apologetic but didn’t resolve the issue adequately.

The location is fantastic. it's close to the subway and in a quieter residential area, allowing for peaceful evenings. It's only a short distance to Hongdae and Mangwon Market, where there's plenty to see and do.
Dining

Breakfast options were rather limited to cereal and coffee. but there are great nearby cafes and eateries if you want to enjoy a meal out.
Facilities

The facilities included laundry services, which I found quite handy. However, I was disappointed by the lack of soap in the bathrooms. It seemed like a hygiene issue that could be easily fixed.

I had a very mixed experience at Four Seasons House in Seoul. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the owner was very sweet. However, it was a bit isolated at night, and I found the overall vibe to be quite strange as there were hardly any other travelers around me.

The location is convenient, especially being close to Hapjeong station, which made it easy to access different areas of the city. However, the neighborhood felt very quiet and a bit unsettling when walking back alone after dark.

The breakfast offered a few options, and I enjoyed the sausages. Still, it would have been nice if there were more variety available.

One major plus was the free laundry service, especially given the hot weather in Seoul. There were also several bathrooms available, so I never had to wait long, which is a definite perk.

My stay at the Four Seasons House was a mixed experience. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Hongdae shopping district and getting to Hapjeong Station, which made it easy to travel around. However, I encountered some cleanliness issues and a lack of communication with the owner, which dampened my overall enjoyment.

I stayed in a Bed in a 4-Bed Female Dormitory Room which was clean, though there were moments I found dirty sheets left behind from previous guests. The bed itself was comfy, which was a small relief.
